Visibility

Cateye’s Ampp 800 Front Light is built with OptiCube lens technology which, paired with the integrated cut-outs, spreads the light’s visibility and keeps your seen, and lets you see multiple different angles.

Rugged Housing

To protect from all the bumps and scrapes of the road comes with an ultra-rugged, heavy-duty aluminium body construction. Whilst being strong, impact and water-resistant the aluminium material used is also incredibly lightweight.

Light Modes

The light comes with five different light modes which offer a wide range of types of lighting. These can be switched between by pressing down on the top power button. A double tap of the button will instantly take you to the highest mode without having to go through all the additional modes. A mode memory function keeps the light in the mode that you’ve selected even when you’ve powered down the light.

Rechargeable

For maximum convenience, the bike light has an internal battery that is rechargeable via the micro-USB charging cable that is included. A battery light indicator makes it easy to see when it’s time to charge and when to switch modes accordingly. The indicator works with a three-coloured system: Blue (Above 50%), Yellow (30-50%), Red (Less than 30%).

Mounting

The FlexTight bracket is adjustable and works with most types of handlebar designs with an easy screw system that is tool-free.
