Sync

Cateye’s Sync Set Core front light and Kinetic rear light come with Sync technology which lets you fully control the lights via the Cateye Sync app. The app lets you control the lights quickly and easily – turning the lights on, off and switching between modes.

Light Modes

Both lights come with a collection of light modes which can easily be switched between using Sync technology or by using the light’s power button. Both lights include a Daytime HyperConstant/HyperFlash mode which allows you to stay visible even in direct sunlight. The rear light also comes with a Group Ride mode that keeps you seen but minimises the distractions for fellow riders following in your trail.

Kinetic

The rear light comes with Kinetic light technology which uses a built-in speed sensor which senses when you’re decelerating and automatically changes the light output up to 50 lumens. This makes fellow riders and motorists at your rear sense you’re slowing down so they can react in plenty of time.  

USB Rechargeable

Both lights come with rechargeable batteries with charging cables that allow you to charge the lights via any standard USB port. Using the Cateye Sync app you clearly see your light’s battery’s battery lives and know when it’s time to charge.

Mounting

Integrated into the design of both lights are mounting straps with adjustable designs which allow you to easily connect the lights to your handlebar and seatpost. The mounts also make it easy to take the lights off your bike frame in a hurry which is especially convenient for commuters.
