Featuring a 50mm deep aero rim profile which increases aerodynamism by reducing turbulence caused by air meeting the spokes and a 27.5mm wide rim which contours perfectly to the tyre for rolling resistance and greater traction, the BlackEdition 50 Carbon Wheelset will give you confidence and stability when cornering at speed.

The BlackEdition 50 is hand built with R010 CNC machined 6061 hubs and DT Swiss straight pull spokes, meaning you get a stiffer, more reactive wheelset with an improved strength to weight ratio. Complete with spares including Prime carbon brake pads, Prime QR skewers, tubeless valves and tape, 4 spare spokes and nipples and a 10-speed adapter, the BlackEdition 50 is the perfect wheelset to help you set a new PB or leave the peloton in your dust.

Lightweight Option

Since the release of the original BlackEdition range in 2018 we’ve been working hard behind the scenes with the Vitus Pro Cycling in search of the marginal gains that could push them onto the podium in some of the UK’s biggest races. We’ve experimented with numerous types of resin and tested countless new lay ups before we settled on our new and improved BlackEdition rim. But, that’s not all, we’ve upgraded to a higher grade of carbon, making the new BlackEdition our lightest and stiffest rim yet.
