Specifically designed for BMX use, this front hubguard protects your hub and spokes from grind damage. It features a tough aluminium construction, which makes it perfect for handling the intensity that’s associated with practising your favourite tricks at the skatepark or in the street.

Our guards replace the cone nuts and (because they’re made from super-tough aluminium) there’s no need for a metal inner and they’re cheap and easy to replace. The guard is slightly wider diameter than most popular pegs (including plastic pegs) so you should protect your spokes and flanges and avoid grinding on top of the guard.

This guard will fit all Proper Select hubs and V2 Microlite hubs (there’s washers supplied for your perfect spacing). It will also fit numerous other brands hubs (if they have a 15mm od axle). Our guard are based around 12mm spacing from inner bearing race to the end of the axle. If you’re hub has narrower flanges it’ll need more spacing.
