Getting Your Gear: Shipping Information
We ship globally (excluding some remote locations and parts of Asia). Once you place your order, our team gets to work.
Order Processing Time
Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order before it ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two reliable shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping (DHL / FedEx): $12.95 flat rate.
Your order will typically arrive within 10-15 business days after it leaves our warehouse. - Free Shipping (EMS): Available on all orders over $50.
Your order will typically arrive within 15-25 business days after it leaves our warehouse.
Please note: These are estimated transit times and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as customs processing.
Our No-Hassle Returns & Exchanges Policy
We stand behind the quality of every component we sell. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’ll make it right.
Return Window & Condition
- You have 15 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return or exchange.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps:
- Contact Us Within 15 Days:
Email us at [email protected] with your:- Full name and order number.
- Product name and reason for return/exchange.
- Your preference: refund, exchange, or store credit.
- Pack and Ship the Item:
Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags and accessories. Include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your RA number and name.
Ship it to the address we provide. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you are responsible for the item until it arrives at our warehouse. - We Process Your Request:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to notify you of the approval or rejection of your request.
When & How You Get Your Refund
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
- Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunds take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
- PayPal: Refunds are typically reflected in your account within 3-5 business days.
Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send your replacement item.
Important: Non-Returnable Items
For the safety and well-being of all our customers, we cannot accept returns on the following items once their packaging is opened or if they show signs of installation or use:
- Bash Guards & Chain Guides: Show immediate wear upon installation.
- Brake Pads & Brake Spares: Become worn to a specific bike’s setup, compromising safety.
- Bottom Brackets & Cassettes: Considered wear items subject to immediate use.
- BMX Seats & Bar Ends: Cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened.
If you receive a defective item from these categories, contact us immediately at [email protected], and we will work with you on a solution, such as a replacement or store credit.
