Shipping Limitations
We ship globally but cannot deliver to some remote locations and parts of Asia. Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including customs processing.
Your Shipping Responsibilities

5. Returns & Exchanges

To initiate a return or exchange:

Refunds

Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items once packaging is opened or if they show signs of installation/use:
- Bash Guards & Chain Guides (show immediate wear upon installation)
- Brake Pads & Brake Spares (become worn to a specific bike’s setup)
- Bottom Brackets & Cassettes (considered wear items subject to immediate use)
- BMX Seats & Bar Ends (cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened)
If you receive a defective item from these categories, contact us immediately for a solution such as replacement or store credit.
