1. Standard Shipping: $12.95 flat rate via DHL/FedEx. Typically arrives within 10-15 business days after leaving our warehouse.
2. Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS. Typically arrives within 15-25 business days after leaving our warehouse.

Shipping Limitations

We ship globally but cannot deliver to some remote locations and parts of Asia. Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including customs processing.

Your Shipping Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate shipping information
• Any additional customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country
• Inspection of products upon delivery and reporting any shipping damage within 48 hours

5. Returns & Exchanges

Return Window

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. To be eligible, items must be:

• Unused and in original condition
• In the original packaging with all tags and accessories

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

2. We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions
3. Securely pack the item with a copy of your order confirmation or note with RA number
4. Ship to the address we provide using a trackable method (you are responsible until it arrives)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved:

• Refunds are processed within 5 business days
• Credit/Debit Card refunds take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
• PayPal refunds typically reflect within 3-5 business days
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items once packaging is opened or if they show signs of installation/use:

• Bash Guards & Chain Guides (show immediate wear upon installation)
• Brake Pads & Brake Spares (become worn to a specific bike’s setup)
• Bottom Brackets & Cassettes (considered wear items subject to immediate use)
• BMX Seats & Bar Ends (cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened)

If you receive a defective item from these categories, contact us immediately for a solution such as replacement or store credit.

6. User Responsibilities

When using our website and services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
